MS. KALINDI RAJENDRA SHAH - Chairperson and Managing Director

Ms. Kalindi Shah has pursued M. Sc.in organic chemistry. She is one of the pioneers of the Company and have vast experience and knowledge for underground works of Company with Hydro Electric Projects and tunnelling along with all other Civil Engineering works. She is Chairperson and Managing Director of the company and looking after the day to day business operations of the Company including at present for various litigation of the company.

MR. SUNIL PITAMBER MASAND - Non-Independent/Non-Executive Director

Mr. Sunil Masand holds Degree in Law and Chartered Accountant. He has vast experience of more than 3 decade in Taxation and Corporate Advisory. He is independent director of the Company.

DR. PRANAV RAJESH AGRAWAL - Independent/Non-Executive Director

Dr. Pranav Agrawal is Orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in knee and hip surgery. He is fellowship trained specialist in computer assisted and robotic knee replacement surgeries. He has more than a decade experience.

MR. NEVILLE SOLI MODY - Independent/Non-Executive Director

Mr. Neville Mody is fellow of the Association of Chartered CertifiedAccounts in London. Hehave more than 3-decade experience inleadership positions providing vision and direction for business transformation and active business entrepreneurship.

MRS. JYOTI JATIN MEHTA - Independent/Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Jyoti Jatin Mehta has pursued M. Sc. in Bio Chemistry from Bombay University. She has rich knowledge of Bio Chemistry and vast experience of Technical, Management, Finance, Social works etc. She also engaged with many social welfare associations and contributed extensively to diverse cultures and multiple functions within the Education and Social Sector.
